A former dancer turned fitness enthusiast! I love exploring all that the human body is capable of once we allow our minds to be open to discomfort and change. I enjoy challenging myself and striving for constant improvements and I want to share my love of fitness with others who have the aspiration to become a better, stronger version of themselves. But don’t let my sweet demeanor fool you, I’m here to push you outside of your comfort zone to help you reach your goals. In class I’ll help you understand the mind to muscle connection and empower you to take ownership of your body and health.
